DAM Salary Survey

In an effort to continue the longitudinal study of Digital Asset Management as a profession, responses are again being collected about who we are, what we do, and what we’re being paid.

Previous surveys were conducted in 2012, 2014, 2017, and 2024. Results of the 2024 survey can be found on DAM News; legacy result reports can be downloaded from academia.edu . You can email the authors for the raw data sets (anonymized) at any time, or request them from DAM NEWS, which has been kind enough to house the raw anonymized survey data as a service to our evolving profession. Authors contributing to this work include Elizabeth Keathley, Lisa Grimm, Deb Fanslow, MLIS, CAPM, and Jennifer Tyner.

Please do pass the survey to all your colleagues who work with DAM systems. Results are always anonymized, and help all of us gain insight to how the vendors, consultants, archivists, librarians, and others with many kinds of titles continue to work with DAMs.
